BEST BUY!!!!

My husband and I used them in our bootcamp class and we loved them. Our clients not so much. Lol. The grip is great. We used them for rows and chest flies. Also with the bundles of bands we used them to do some sprint work. Like I said a best buy. We plan on getting more. Love the price and quality of the bands.

Pre WOD Post WOD During WOD!

I have a small cross fit gym in a small town. These are the favorites for pre-workouts and ALSO we also include them in WODS. We have people working out from 18 to 50s and we can all use them.

FANTASTIC FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY
