Amazing resistance and control. Each band has a different resistance, and all 3 are compatible to use together for certain exercises. As good a pump if not better as the cable machines in gym. Even if you belong to a gym I recommend these
Great to get in a quick workout, or even a long workout!
I love to use my NDO bands while I'm in a call at the office just to keep moving or to concentrate on a body area. Later in the day I can get in a full workout using the band, either while walking or in my living room.

Kinda crazy about the NDOband products! Great design. Portable [for workouts in my backyard, my kitchen, my den, my bedroom, ANYWHERE] and the short-and-to-the-point instructions and workouts are terrific. Telling everyone about them!

STAYING ON TOP OF MYSELF
Ive been using my bands now for 2 weeks and they're fantastic and exactly what I've been looking for. 1. I don’t need much space to do a great workout. Ive used it in my bedroom and our living room. 2. Minimal equipment needed. Which means I can easily take my bands out of town and use when I travel. 3. The NDOband team posts great videos and is very responsive with any questions I have about new workouts!
